One Card App Stuck

From last 15 days my one card application got stuck on identity verification page. When i clicks on verify then a new page with my pan details open. And when i clicks on confirm then it buffers for some time and get back to previous page after 1 minute. This process is running from last 15 days . No response from one card on mail and social media ..what should i do now ????

My one card identity verification is pending what I have to do I want solve this problem
Video kyc approved and virtual Card generated hogya but ab jab wapas relogin krrha tha pan card in valid show krrha hai contact krrha. Ho to ticket dekar aap me login krne ko bol rhe hai koi solution hai kya kisi k pass

It basically means you will not be allowed to create allowed (implication is you are blocked). OneCard says this happens when there is mismatch in your credentials and / or you tried to login with multiple mobile numbers.
As of now, there is no solution.
But I would say, don't bother with OneCard, you are not missing much.
Cancel it bro
