One Card categories to unlock 5X multiplier

The gift card purchase from OneCard gift store is categorized as 'Shopping'.
If we buy amazon pay gift card from amazon using one card cc, then now it is categorized as 'Shopping' .
Any tips to spent a small amount to get a transaction in another category? (Currently I have 'Other' and 'Shopping' unlocked)
I need to unlock 5X Multiplier to complete one more transaction in another category. Any tips/tricks?

To be eligible for 5X rewards, you need to make a purchase in atleast 3 categories. Further, a category wise spend of minimum Rs.750 to unlock for 5X consideration
