I am holding one card. Tried to apply for my brother but somehow it is fetching my email id in his mobile number so his credit score is not fetched. Now I am trying to change email id from last 1 month. Sometimes they ask request from my email then from his email then my then his and now they asking for restart request from my email
More than one month passed and they even didnt changed email id
ok done..
Problem with one card is that. They have one of the best app UI&UX but when it comes to customer support, they’re pathetic
They Won’t Change Email Id And Mobile Number
I got the following response from One card customer support regarding email ID change…
To validate a registered email ID change request -
1. The user needs to raise it via the preferred email ID and mention the Old and Preferred Email ID in the subject. Kindly write to us for a change of email ID from your ##preferred/current## email ID as well.
2. Send us a clear selfie while holding your PAN card (details should be visible).
Also, once the email ID is changed you need to authenticate it from the inbox of the new email ID.
Here issue is, they have wrongly connected my id to my bro’s mobile. Sent this Selfie multiple times from past one month from both accounts as they asked several times

We would like to inform you that, we can fetch your CIBIL/ Experian score with only a single phone number linked across your credit cards and loan accounts. We will not be able to fetch your score using any other number due to conflict of identity. Hence, we wont be able to proceed your request to update the email ID with another mobile number --
.
We request you to contact bureau i.e (CIBIL, Experian) to update your mobile number in their records, so you will be get the exact OneScore report.
We appreciate your understanding in the interim.

Now we both have seperate cards, seperate cibil. Only one card is linking both accounts

My email id change so i request this change mail id. Old. Mail id remove password also. Not remember so new email id change

For me, they never changed ID – finally my bro tried from another ID with same mobile number and his card got approved as well

Send a mail from registered email address and ask for email change. They will tell you to send a selfie with pan card in hand from the mail which you want to be updated that’s it.

I sent them almost 10 times from both my mail IDs

That is the main reason, once onecard is issued with a specific email id they don’t change it that easily unless the other email id is also in your cibil report/linked with other cc in your name & not being used by some other person(relative etc for their cc).
P.S. @admin pls change thread title to “onecard”.
my relative also stuck in similar situation. He was applying onecard for relative, a wrong email id selected, and card declined to to kyc failed. Now multiple email send to change email id, but no response from onecard at all.

During my application , it said to enter CIBIL otp, which never came
And after that directly it said application denied
Is this a bug?
Referral offer also was only for 2 days so need to wait once new refer offer comes anyways

It is a bug. Same thing Happened with an add-on application. Got the CIBIL sms but it ended up in spam folder, closed the app and retried it only to get the card rejected status

Just something to keep in mind for future reference, sometimes some messaging apps fail to show/notify the received sms if mobile connected to/not connected to wifi so always check by opening 1-2 other messaging apps if you are expecting a sms & it doesn’t come.

Now the 2000 Rs offer is also gone
Let’s say issue gets solved for that account will the referrer still get points based on whatever offer is active

Nope, didn’t mail them. Tried this when my dad was here in April and now i’m not sure i should raise a concern via my account or his
