It gave flat 40% upto 150 in swiggy, working multiple times. Helped ge get great deals on instamart

If you are getting it, take it. Won’t hurt. No cibil enquiry, instant activation.
Only downside is if u loose metal card and need another physical card. Replacement metal card fee is 3500, plastic replacement is 150.
So Don’t loose it.
Rewards structure isn’t that much rewarding imo.

150 off on 350rs order (daily consumables) is no Joke.

I am having one card (IDFC Backed) since 15 months. Initial limit given was 1.2 lacs and I got limit increase to 2 lacs within 3 months of usage. Almost 1% cashback. If you are unable to do transaction in 3 different categories to get 5x bonus points just Add Re 1 to Swiggy Money and Ola.

While the rp is not one you can rave about, but the offers on this card are awesome… You get offers from the bank backing the card(mine is federal and I am getting most of the federal bank offers)
There are great offers like 40% discount on instamart, yatra offers etc..
Ocassional 10% offers which gives it a super value card.
Even if it was plastic if it’s ltf I won’t mind having it
There is also bookmyshow 1+1 ticket offer currently going on which can be used once a month.
Not sure but since it’s on visa signature platform, some of those offers also might come in handy.

No, For that you have to go for unsecured card. So improve your cibil and wait for them to provide you unsecured card (if possible).

The latest partner for them is BoB, so I don’t think they will give Federal anymore; just like what they did with IDFC; Also keep in mind if your limit is really high like 5L+, then it won’t be BoB but rather SIB (South Indian Bank) as they partnered with them for high limits (mostly I have seen 8-9L+ for few); SBM stands still for FD based on.

entry level cards are all mostly the same with reward structures. SimplyClick from SBI, FK Axis from Axis, Select from BOB, OneCard Lite, StepUp Card from SBM and Paisabazaar are some FD based cards. City Union Bank, DCB also provide FD based cards.
Always pay the dues well within the due date and keep the utilisation ratio low. This will improve your credit scores in general.
