One of the worst decision of my life to buy zaggle gift card
1. Though they are claiming instant delivery of card over email but I fount it is the slowest ever processing of order
2. Biggest lie
3. Feeling like cheated, woohoo is best.
4. poorest website design
5.very slow site
6. Customer care replies after the issue solved automatically
7. Only 5 Zaggle cards per day can be redeemed
8. Average delivery time is more than 24 hrs (if you are lucky enough, it may take more than that as well)
9. In some gift cards more that 3-4 days delivery time (like flipkart egv at present)
10. You you want to buy the zaggle card itself, it will take at least 7 days for delivery, then u add it into zaggle account and buy any other GV, which will again take huge time to deliver at your email.
Therefore double time killing.
11. Only good thing I found is, order can be cancelled before dispatch, though it doesn’t matter if you need instant GC.
12. I guess they are doing everything manually.
