Same way you and I have not started and successfully run a deals sharing site, affiliate marketing, rewards sites.

Same way as, not every police constables son becomes a business magnet residing in Clifton, akarachi or in London (the way Dawood Ibrahim did/does).

The same way, not every piddi grows up to fake about the 45 inch chest which they never had.
Same way that the world does believe or put rgeir faith in every such piddi, but only does so for select piddis.

The same way, not every 'on-screen prostitute' from North America got to transition to mainstream cinema in India or get roles in films like Mastizaade.

The same way, a pre-teen African kid can make video games and successfully sell them for a profit,
migrate to North America, purchase Twitter, then all but kill Twitter.
The same way, MBS can get away with what they did to Jamal Khashoggi, but others doing similar things do not always get away with.
The same way Shabri got accepted by Ramachandra (of Raghukul), but others of her ilk still get discriminated against.

I think he was diagnosed with ALS at the age of 21 in 1963 and not born with disability. He got his graduate degree in 1962.

So the disability affected his movements and activities  during his  Phd. and working life later. He was also a genius (some articles say he had IQ around 160).

Also being in a developed country and also being an extra ordinary scientist he could continue his passion with the help of his high-tech wheel chair.

Hope it clarifies your query.

May be, these special children (not just from India) stop believing that they can do/achieve something because of what they've gone through in life (+ those with critical illnesses) or their parents are way too over-protective. With proper guidance and psychological support, many of these kids might do great in their life

For Ex: IIT-JEE got ~5% of seats/category reserved for PwD category but only about 2.5K of these kids applied for the exam in 2022 (of total 10L applications). Makes me wonder how many of these kids are being sent to schools, aware of these educational benefits / got a PwD certificate.
