Nope. It’s the underlying bank that’s giving the credit (IDFC/Federal), OneCard(FPL Technologies) is just acting like a wrapper. Right now OneCard has partnered with Federal to loan out the cards; previously it was IDFC. You can even check in CIBIL that it shows under IDFC/Federal, and hence a change in partner (even if possible hypothetically), would mean closing the existing entry and creating a new entry in CIBIL.
