Do they mean transactions made on cred store using the card will be charged extra?

Onecard credit card now charge 1% on Rent payment, wallet uploads etc:
Update on fees and services. W.e.f 20-Feb-2023, quasi-cash payments like rent, wallet uploads etc. made using OneCard on third-party apps/merchants like PayTM, Cred, PhonePe, etc. will attract a surcharge of 1% over and above platform fees charged by these apps/merchants. Also, the maximum fuel surcharge waiver will be capped at Rs. 400 per calendar month per account.

gone are the days of using one card for fuel transactions and earning reward points . They have done away will all ad hocs like rent, wallet and clubbed fuel surcharges together. was one of the few cards to not have fuel surcharge levied till this update.

Even I don't have a clarity yet. I've come across three types of transaction at fuel pumps :
1% surcharge - Rs. 100 refuelling costs Rs. 101
1% + 18% GST on 1% = 1.18% surcharge - Rs. 100 refuelling costs Rs. 101.18
Third one is slightly weird and I really have no idea how this is calculated, for any amount of refuelling, I've been charged flat Rs. 10 + 18% GST = Rs. 11.8

If you take into account 1.18% surcharge, you can refuel for about Rs. 33,898 monthly.
