Onecard Metal Card Delay

I perviously held Onecard x IDFC, then on 25th March I got upgrade from their end to change banking partner to BOB.
Now the thing is there is no update on my new metal card.
It still shows “printing your name on card”.
Also I tried finding live chat support but couldnt find.
Is it due to the fact that I havent activated my physical card yet.
Neither their toll-free number is working.
Anyone who upgraded around the same time got their new metal card?

I changed my card on 30th, the card is on printing your name status
Card activation is possible only after scanning the QR code (attached with the physical card shipment). So, the delay is not because of this thing
In my case, they took about 3-4 days to deliver the physical card after the VCC got generated (But its Federal bank so the timeline varies) & since OneCard increased the referral value to 7.5/10K BP for March last week, there could’ve been too many new applications

My card is also in pending (federal bank) from 25th March generate a ticket no response from them although I activate vcc and use it several times
I applied on 25th March and still waiting to get the Physical Onecard

I got my card quickly from South Indian Bank
Aaj nahi tho kal, sab ki baari ayegi, tujey bi ayega, sabarkaro mere dosth, it mite take 1day or week or month. Mine is just normal plastic card it took 20days.

One Card has not replied to email since 10 days and has replied on twitter once in last 9 days.
They have too many customers, they cant handle load, or are just ignoring.
Can I change BoB to Federal?
when there was discount running on Amazon this BoB partner card had only CB – I feel BoB is worst, support also
Printing name on metal card is not easy it takes time 😉

My kyc is pending with Bob since 1 week. The person came on 29th March in the morning, still they haven’t processed it.
I got my OneCard Federal Bank approved on 25th March.
As per cc my card is ready however it’ll take another 7-10 working days
The wait is too long 
Any reason to use this card ?
Apart from being metal ?

How many banking partners they are having right now.
I got Federal Bank
My brother got South Indian Bank
You got BOB
