I perviously held Onecard x IDFC, then on 25th March I got upgrade from their end to change banking partner to BOB.
Now the thing is there is no update on my new metal card.
It still shows “printing your name on card”.
Also I tried finding live chat support but couldnt find.
Is it due to the fact that I havent activated my physical card yet.
Neither their toll-free number is working.
Anyone who upgraded around the same time got their new metal card?

Card activation is possible only after scanning the QR code (attached with the physical card shipment). So, the delay is not because of this thing
In my case, they took about 3-4 days to deliver the physical card after the VCC got generated (But its Federal bank so the timeline varies) & since OneCard increased the referral value to 7.5/10K BP for March last week, there could’ve been too many new applications

Most likely the delay is due to sudden increase in new applications/upgrades
I initiated upgrade request (IDFC to Federal) on March 18 >> VCC generated on March 19 >> Card delivered on March 21
^^ Haven’t activated/used the VCC before the physical card delivery

Aaj nahi tho kal, sab ki baari ayegi, tujey bi ayega, sabarkaro mere dosth, it mite take 1day or week or month. Mine is just normal plastic card it took 20days.

One Card has not replied to email since 10 days and has replied on twitter once in last 9 days.
They have too many customers, they cant handle load, or are just ignoring.

Assumed it wouldn’t work (based on my experience with another CC recently) and waited until the physical card got delivered

Most useful reason to use this card is for online international txns because of its 1% forex markup which combined with 1% cb via 5x boost effectively makes online international txns practically at zero additional charge. On swiggy there are usually same/better offer available via swiggyit on many restaurants, blinkit offer usefulness depends on its service quality in your locality.
