I was looking at the charges and it says Reissuance charge for the metal card is 3000.
Does reissuance just mean in case of loss / damage or does it also include getting a new card in 5 years with a newer expiry date?
If its the latter, I would think a lot of people will be upset when their current card expired and they are charged 3000 for a new card.

Expiry should not count in reissuance fee.

The metal card hype is gone + the card & offers (very rare). Doesn't matter if they issue metal or plastic as replacement when the card usage is very limited (offline / online)
