Today received a notification regarding pre-approved offer of onecard with limit of 90,000.

Is onecard worthy ? As Don’t want to stack up plastic/metals and nowadays credit card closure are exhausting process.

Not worth unless this is your first card. Slice card is way better than this.

worthy? depends on what other card you have.

Was using secured SBI simplysave and secured Indusind aura edge.
Going to surrender both by end of the month. so practically no card on hand.
CIBIL – 782
Experian – 825
Oldest CC – ~24 months
Filled ITR recently – Self-employed

Indusind is LTF, but FD amount is savings for my laptop which I am going to purchase in diwali, so need to break that FD on maturity.

SBI CC was for credit generation, had to pay AMC for that card if i will continue same FD.
If not getting any good credit score based CC, then will re-open the FD with simplyclick this time.

SBI cc was just for credit generation, had to pay AMC if i will continue FD. If not getting any good CC on cibil then re-open the FD with simplyclick this time.

Oh they’re both secured credit cards? You can try getting an unsecured credit card from sbi since you have a relationship with them. But if you really have to close both ccs , I’d say go with onecard , it’ll appear as a credit card on your credit report and will help you get ccs on c2c basis in the future if you ever need one.

Thanks for detailed response. yes, both are secured. Luckily I always manage fkaxis, apay frpm family and friends, so was looing for LTF that generates score in background and help in emergency. agreed with you on onecard.

1) You can check latest minimum FD amount from their site
2) It was offline procedure
3) Indusind Aura Edge

My answer is based on my visit for FD initialization, which was almost a year ago. better confirm with bank for latest info.
I can say that their app and net banking sucks. I used my card first yesterday for amazon offer.

in that case it is totally worth it, Apply and get the card
but I feel SBI Simplysave is better card..but you will have to close it to get the FD.

Get it. Card is not that bad. In sept and Oct onecard gave 4 times per month 40% discounts on swiggy. It gave better discounts for me than swiggyit codes. In recent months many got 10% off on Amazon gift cards through onecard stamps. Their app interface is pretty good.

thanks everyone. applied and waiting for metal card to arrive. UI is great , the only thing I didn’t liked is card replacement fees. for metal it’s 3000 and 145 for plastic.
