Got it for federal onecard. You can apply for 2 addon. Addon person needs to provide full details like pan, aadhar ekyc etc. There is option for metal card or plastic card during activation of addon card. Metal card shows 3000rs.

OneCard issued with IDFC Cards are anyways on verge of exit, they will be transitioned to other banks (called upgrade by OneCard)
As part of upgrade, they claim to offer benefit of addon card option.
Now they’re giving 500BP for Plastic & 5000BP for Metal add-on card activation!

Add on Card Application Experiance with OneCard.
Tried applying for my wife, at the final screen it throws error 'The applicant already hold One card or Applied for One card'
I raised the same with Onecard Twitter.
They informed that if we already tried to apply for New One card or we have already checked the Credit report in OneScore app with the phone no and the pan card, Add on cards will not be issued for those pan cards and mobile no.
We have to get the card by FD or wait and get the Unsecured card when eligible.
in my case, I have only checked the credit score earlier fro my wife in onescore app.
