OneCard: transaction decline issue - is there any workaround for this ?

I donot have any outstanding .
I wanted to do a transaction of Rs. 2657 of Swiggy Instamart.

My actual Credit Limit is : 2200. [this is against FD = Rs. 2000]

Increase the fd size instead of paying extra bill

Yes there’s a way to contact one card CC via phone.
I don’t remember the process but there’s a way. I spoke to them regd card closure conditions.

Recently they have stopped transactions above credit limit even if you fund above limit. Only way Increase FD limit

One card dont allow that………u cant do transaction more than ur credit limit even after adding money…..

NOTE: Even transaction of Rs. 200 are failing. with the same error. will check with customer care how much credit limit should i increase to make a successful transaction

In my case if i increase credit limit by lets say Rs. 500. will i be able to do the mentioned transaction of Rs.2657 ? 

You can try adding extra amount in swiggy money for time being and pay 2200 with card. Add 467 in swiggy money.

Yes if your limit is increased your transaction will go through

(My limit was 2200- I had paid additional 2000 to make my limit 4200 and transaction such ways. May be because of that).. 
Though the card has started working again .. I checked Rs. 100 paytm load – it worked. Not sure it has completely restored on all websites.

Is it working now on all websites? Because I am also facing same problem. It is not allowing even 400 bucks transaction, though I have credit with them of 12k and my original card limit is 2200 against FD of 2k.

My transactions are declined from last 2 days without any reason, please advice me or suggest me, what to do now, I need money urgently for online transaction

My limit is 24000/- and spent only 3800/- 

Is it possible, if I clear my dues, and then I try for transaction,please suggest me

any solution becoz i also got that error
