Warranty is 6 Month Seller Warranty. Contact Amazon/ Appario if purchased from them.
Same happened with my renewed Samsung buds., they honored and replaced it
Similar thing happened with an acquaintance within 2 months of purchase. Stay away from BUGplus. It will be eaten by other companies of bbk.
Bumping the thread.
Is there a way i can take another invoice and show them for warranty?
They say the reflected amount is not correct.
Does the first purchase come with s/n of the device?

Its under warranty from amazon. Not OnePlus, so you will need to connect with amazon, and not One plus.

Many had luck claiming warranty this way (For earphones*)
But only if there’s no mention of serial number on the e-commerce invoice (Another*)
But it is OnePlus that should service the TWS ( Unless Appario. attaches a third party service provider reference with the package). Try contacting Amazon (Many support executives have no idea about renewed*).. or the seller directly (I think there’s an email id for appario retail)
