Failed transactions reported irrespective of the error needs to be reversed from 5days of transactions+complaints or else should pay 100 Rs to the payee
Same would be the case for all debit card, POS swipe, ATM, AEPS,UPI, wallet
While IMPS failed transaction should be returned within 1 day

Its good if they follow it.
Last month only bank of baroda took 26 days to refund my money for failed transaction on payzapp.
I waited for 15 days then i contacted my bank and customer care told to contact the branch.
Only positive was that when i contacted branch manager on phone he filed my complaint through email and i didnt had to visit the branch.
Good information..
How to make complaint if the stipulated time exceeds, please help..??

You should have contacted banking ombudsman after 30 days of complaint to bank
