Recently a lot posts seeing about wrong product/damaged product etc. From amazon and flipkart,myntra,
I have been using these sites for long duration, i didn’t have any such experience, even anything happen cc was responsive, anybody have worst experience in online purchase??

Due to lockdown.. no sales from march. So sellers sending damaged or rotten items mostly. Better to avoid ordering non returnable items online till August
