Online Thief - KOOVS

Dear All,

Please don’t buy anything from koovs, their website will show that item is available and also they will take the order.. but final result will be..
1) Lower grade item will be supplied, which looks similar to the original one and if you raise the complaint with the CS centre they will take your complaint and sit on it…no resolution.. and if you apply for refund it will cost you more than that.. what you paid for it…:shock:

2) Item ordered- Nothing will happen for next 7-8 days then u will decided to call the call centre and they will reply that due to holiday they where not able to dispatch the goods after next 4-5 days u again call them, then they will say its OUT OF STOCK and not available, so then you have ask for refund otherwise they will not even refund your money…:roll:

3) For Lucky people – You order something and delivered after 12-14 days (lucky):-}

4) Most probable case – You order something, you call their CS and then they dispatch the item and delivered after 17-20 days.:oops:
