No need to open a bank account and wait for pre-approved offers.
Should easily be able to get SC card, apply directly on the website.
I applied for SCB DIGISMART card and it was approved within a few days. Just after a month I applied for the ultimate card, it was also approved.
I applied as a salaried individual. Also, there is no physical verification. Since my location was unserviceable, I gave my friend's address to receive the card.
Doesn't matter whatever is present on your adhar card, they won't ask for any address proof of the current address that you mention in the application.
