Hello guys. Just wondering what is the best way to watch live IPL ( or for that matter, other tv content as well) on Samsung smart TV without a need of any subscription. PS: I do have few subscriptions but the viewing demand keeps changing.
Any help is appreciated!

Samsung is having Tizen os.
Just Ask Your Cable Operator To Add Sports Cannel To Your Channel List
Then you’re out of luck. If Hotstar app is available then get Hotstar VIP for 399/year else buy a Firestick and install Thop TV on it to get almost all channels for free in HD (High speed internet required)
Ok. Thats why wanted to check a way out for tizen (Samsung). Anyway, can anyone suggest official/authentic source to get thop tv on android mobile?
Simplest solution is if one is having a Samsung smart tv or any other smart tv, one needs to subscribe to ott application platforms.
Disney Hotstar
Zee5
Amazon Prime Video
Netflix
Sony liv
Like one pays monthly rental of cable or dth, the cost comes to around 500-600 plus per month if HD subscribed. Yearly it’s 6000+.
Not just try to subscribe to ott apps annually.
One subscription is valid on at least a couple of tvs.
Even if paid fully for ott apps the, per annum cost would be around 2000-2500 per tv.
With deals and tricks it may further come down. Like idea postpaid and other players given free subscription to many platforms (read in Dd only)
PS
(Assuming you already have wifi at home)
(Netflix shared among 5 people)
(sometimes one month free on new account in Netflix)
I have all subscriptions, fast internet and stuff.
But still i incline towards the comfort and ease of viewing via normal cable.
Maybe just because of habit.
One more thing, one can use mirroring while using thop tv.
can we install thop tv app or oreo tv app on samsung / lg led tv
If its android based then install Thoptv
