if the refund is the bank account, then be on-guard that no chargebaxk from them happens.,

one can again feign ignorance that what are you talking about?
Raise a complaint internally for your missing item, as I never got any delivery.
You already gave the refund also and order is cancelled. I do not have your product, lodge an investigation with your logistics partner.

all your cards, phone numbers, accounts that Flipkart knows of.. will have a shadow of this.
If you never dispute anything, then their risk management software will see two things:
1] cargo carrier delivered or marked the item as delivered: product is out of hand.
2] money is out of hand. (even if it is in flipkart wallet as GC, the finance team, risk management software will treat it as a debit in their books).
In such scenario, the details of your cards, phone numbers, postal addresses might have an Interpol style lookout notice to closely monitor even any future accounts that show activity from those cards, bank accounts, phone numbers, addresses.

Nothing, just keep it. They also can't do anything, as it will be covered under insurance.
