Hi guys.
I like many ordered stuff from patanjali’s order me app. I paid these guys Rs 2363.
They gave me items worth Rs 1413 and the funny thing is, the attached bill which was fulfilled by one of their delhi centres has clearly mentioned Rs 1413 on the bill.
So basically I have the invoice which is attached over the shipping as Rs 1413 with me.

And also an unboxing video clearly showing items as missing.
I have tried Patanjali ayurved’s twitter. They keep forwarding it to order me CC.
Their CC either says they have a technical fault or note my number down and say will call you but never do.
I used my SBI Visa CC and I’ve already raised a dispute for this, but I’m not sure how that stuff works.
If you guys have any suggestions or any place I can file any complains please help me. I’m stuck of these spots people running Patanjali. It’s a clear as day as I have their store who fulfilled the order saying the items are worth Rs 1413.

Even I don’t know. I opened a dispute with my SBI card. Then if you see their policies they have an email [email protected] . I mailed them too. Irritated with them. I guess you should also mail at this mail. let me know if you get any response.

I ordered it initially when it barely just came. But I’d recommend not ordering from them. Their website is okay, but their app will make your blood boil.
sbi is not good at handling charge backs

Fill a complain with Consumer court. Jio mart and patanjali needs lesson

If it is..then they can surely give Amazon & Flipkart w.r.t their shit support & account blocking (if needed)!

Their model is flawed. I don’t wanna write pages, but implementation is horrendous. Looks like they hired a third party and had no technological sense with it.
Don’t worry, the chargeback will take care of it.

The Refund Amount i got Rs.20/- Against Rs.134/- Amount of items missing. package its show it was damage.
I refuse to delivery boy to accept the package he said that this material could not be returnable. Immediately I open the package on front of the
courier boy and take picture of the box items received and match with order.
I found that Still amount Rs.134/- is pending for refunding.
I have full proof of the same. Items I received. Please stop harassing thecustomer for the same.

I have recieved open and seal broken bottles of Coronil kit from order me app, after lodging complaint still order me had neither contacted me nor have they provided a replacement. Fraud app fraud sellers.
Mine too money has been struck with dem..since past 2months
Alas, I checked this page after placing the order for Rs.1722. Now after seeing this page, quickly cancelled the order. Got sms that order is cancelled, but no mention about refund anywhere in the sms or app. Hope I do get the refund.
Has anyone got refunds till now from Orderme? Usually people forget to update once the issue is resolved. But the info will help others to take informed risks.

Thats my first order on order me app patanjli , but goods are different from my order .so ramdev ji first you have to plan well to delever goods.Advise your manager not to do such mistakes .Thankyou.
