Order Not Delivered By Flipkart
Placed an order on 25 Dec 2022, Wakefit Mattress Worth 13.5k.
It Went into shipping status on 27 Dec 2022, but not delivered till date. Promised Delivery Date was 1 Jan 2023. Status in app is shipped and not moving further.
Contacted CC of flipkart multiple times but they are changing resolution date again and again.
They are not even cancelling my order, and cancel option is not showing in app.
Contacted ICICI CC but they denying to register any kind of Charge back complaint.
Mailed to flipkart escalations as well, but no response from their side.
How to teach flipkart a lesson and get my money back?

Technically they cannot (Product delivered after the issuance of refund).. the other-wise case is very much possible since the seller is third party (taking back the product even if it is unboxed)
He got it after waiting for 15 days. On flipkart page, its showing order cancelled and no sign of refund initated or processed.

Anyways you've done your part, let's see what FK got to say about this (Assuming social media support can understand the case / got patience to make an internal inquiry about this with the concerned payments/delivery department)
Delays in case of mattresses is very common, whichever site you order. In most cases manufacturers being the actual sellers are not directly connected with the ecommerce sites for tracking purposes.
Also some manufacturers even call the customer themselves directly to confirm design and size, as shipping is very expensive and they don't want the hassles of cancellation and refunds.
In my case mattress manufacturer informed me that they manufacture the mattress for the desired size only after confirming directly from customer. It is dispatched after that, so upto two weeks is normal delivery period.

While In transit you requested the product to be cancel in twitter & they did it , after that someone in home accepted the order with/without knowing that you had requested to cancel it.
Since they had cancelled it at initial before the delevery of the product for refund, now your assuming that refund to be credit to your source a/c because it had been refunded before the delevery. Iam i right?
So, the question is weren't the feedback of the seller transfer to Flipkart?

Yes, you have understood the whole scenario. The seller has provided feedback to Flipkart and even i have told the Fk Twitter team that order has been delivered. I just needed clarity on the issue. Order Marked as delivered in app as well.
Now the product has been delivered if you get refund be happy or if you don't like the product raise a return request and get refund then be happy 😀

Complain on twitter, you will get call within a day. My order delivered very next day after complaining.

Surprised so many have issues with delivery dates. I ordered around 2 months back and for me it showed delivery after a week. Considering that, went out of town and was surprised when i got call from my watchman that a parcel was at gate- it was delivered in less than 48 hrs!
It is a Tier2 town..
