I have also same problem with snapdeal ongoing with dispute filled sbi care for failed transaction not reversed they argument contact with retialer as transaction is success show both says they dont know were is my money gone

You have got RRN no so contact sbi care and find the transaction is done or not
something like this happened with me also in past. amazon is the culprit, its not banks fault
I had a similar problem with SBH (State bank of Hyderabad) which is now SBI for a transaction done on Flipkart. Just take the transaction reversal reference number and talk in your branch in which you hold your account.
For me the issue was with the bank itself. Once I went and talked to them they approved the reverse transaction on their internal portal and within some time the amount got reflected in my account.

What to do? I went branch and explain my issue to them. Bank manager saying that he never faced this kind of probelm and branch manger said he can not help on this issue .can someone explain process for disputed charge in sbi

Same with me. 7499 rs got transacted twice from my sbi account while i was purchasing air purifier of 7499. It got debited near 3 months ago. Lodged so many complaints, still no help. Please suggest
I had earlier worked with Amazon’s Payments team which has dealt with your issue. Usually, the refund reference number is called “Acquirer reference number” which is 23 digit number. The bank would be able to track the transaction only with the help of “Acquirer reference number”. Authorization code is of no use.
What you can do is contact the bank and dispute the transaction. Provide them with refund confirmation emails and screenshots of order status from your orders history. This worked for me in disputing an order placed with ICICI bank credit card.
I am also suffering same problem. Amazon told me your transaction has been already initiated. Bank told me we cant do anything for you

AS PER RBI GUIDELINE ITS BANK RESPONSIBILITY TO ASSIST CUSTOMER TO GET BACK HIS MONEY I WILL SHARE IMPORTANT LINK TO UNDERSTAND HOW ITS WORK FOR EX SUPPOSE YOUR ACCOUNT IN PNB
If bank dont help then lodges complain in rbi ombudsman just search in google rbi ombudsman of your location then lodge complain online.
Please do one thing for us to share everywhere so bank will never play with us on these issues.
I knew many got their money back in these issues.

I too faced similar Issue with Flipkart Cancellation . Partial Refund Came to SBI and its SBI Fault that they Created extra transaction out of Original Transaction amount . It took around 20days to sort

There is nothing to do with Amazon in this matter if you’ve reference number. Just drop a mail to [email protected] – where xxxx is the last 5 digits of ur IFSC, stating your issue. Mine was done within a day.

And write your issue in mail & send transaction details of your purchase (not refund) on amazon with Account number, transaction Date, transaction amount, transaction number(transaction description), also mention refund reference number which you got from Amazon. Also try to attach purchase transaction details’s screenshot from e-passbook(From Yono lite)
