Ordering medicine from Pharmeasy

I want to order medicine around 3.5k from pharmeasy (1150 x3 and 500 X1). Whats the best way to earn maximum discount?
I have decided to spilt in three orders and use 150 off on 1200 codes, but need some good fillers rather than generic or vitamin tabs to make order value to 1200
Is there any option available to cancel one medicine from the order without hampering the discount?
