Got to know from a friend in food automation that Poncho Hospitality and Rebel foods pvt. ltd are using 100% frozen bases for their pizzas and wraps. All their sub-brands → Mojo, Ovenstory Benhrous, Faasos, Box8, etc are using automated tech to prepare food. But all their pizza bases and wrap breads are frozen.
