Over limit fees charged and anyways to get waiver

Anyone got over limit fees waived from icici bank? Issue is I made purchase for 25000 when 35000 was available limit. The transaction failed. I checked the available limit it was showing 35000. So I placed another transaction of same amount and this time it was successful. But after 7 days what I saw was that I was charged for both transactions and refund was issued after 5 days and Over limit fees were charged.

call customer care and request for waive off, surely they will consider for it

Custom care will waive it off if you have had a good relationship with icici. Similar thing happened to me 2 years back but they waived it off

They waive off charges once for most customers as a goodwill gesture. Contact them and request a waiver.
Update : Got my Overlimit fees waived off by simply sending DM in Twitter explaining the issue.
