Hi,
I have ordered cream biscuits from amazon.in, the shipping address is of Bihar, amazon has shipped the item by Delhivery. The product is now showing as “Package held by regulatory authority” when I am tracking in delhivery website and on amazon it is showing as due to bad weather or natural disaster the delivery will be delayed. The order was dispatched from Hyderabad via Kolkata to Bihar. What is meant by “Package held by regulatory authority”. Can anyone help me i am unable to understand what is happening with my order.

I think delhivery is using road transportation, so why it will be with authorities. Can you please explain it process clearly. Since yesterday evening it is with regulatory responsibility, how much will they take to release the item.
Delhivery is one of the worst courier service in our country.
Completely DISAGREE on this. You might not have used other ones, maybe.
The vehicle which was carrying my order has meet with accident in Kolkata. Will I get the product or not, anyone has faced this type of issue previously.
My delivery date was 2 March but not yet received . I want to know the cause

It’s a routine update, need not to worry, sometimes authorities will hold some shipments as part of routine check ups… you will get your order even a bit delay..
