paid bill in inactive credit card. need help

I had saved cards in cred. And my previous card was changed by the bank and new card was issued by the bank . But by mistake I paid into my previous card only which is inactive.
Now how to get the money back.

It will be credited to your new card. Don’t worry. Happened with me in HDFC Card
