Hi guys, paisabaaar is showing me a pre approved offer for amex smartearn cc without income proof. AFAIK amex generally requires minimum 6l itr for non salaried ppl. Has anyone from here applied for it by any chance? Can this be one of PBs usual tactics?

Usual tactics. Most likely paisabazaar has your income data, although it says no such details needed, you may still be asked by amex.
smartearn card doesn’t need that much itr, if you have a salary that’s coming , it will be issued to you easily
It’s more for the cards like MRCC or Gold card

if you have some other bank card then opt for card to card approval, may be luck favors you…..

yes, all bank allows card to card, your credit history is the once which decides your CIBIL, moreover higher limits will improve your approval chances…
better talk to paisabazaar representative personally they will provide you full support (they get commission for it).
I don’t think amex allows card to card basis. It should be using salary slips or itr only.

Had a bad experience in the past when i had applied for an hdfc card through them. The idiot who came to collect my documents said dont worry no income documents required and next day one of their verification employee sort of scolded me why didnt you mention your office address etc

Dont treat those idiot more then their worth , if any such credit caller even get to minute disabedience i guve them enough of mc bc certificate after then block them on true caller , we dont need such Unprofessional rude person

I have 9 CC, the first one I got was based on my salary account, after that all the cards i have are card to card, later on i canceled 03 cards which were having annual fees, rest are LFT
The secret I fount is the way you utilise these cards, I try to do minimum 03 transitions from all the card in a year and use one card (citi petro card) every month and try to utilise 70% to 80% limit in a financial year and trust me every day i get 5 to 10 calls for taking loan and credit cards offers from every bank.
In CIBIL data your card utilization is shown for every month, that’s the reason we should only hold limited credit cards which we can actually use, to very this check your CIBIL score in pasiabazzar or similar site (its free). unused cards reduces your approval chances as bank also try to notice your expense power.
one more tip I had done EMI of several purchase intentionally (interest free offers) so that i can get one entry every month in cibil data base. when I got first card my limit was 23K only now i have cards with 5.5Lk limts. (without showing any income proof)

Whats the point of having 9 cards ? I have amex mrcc and with smartearn companion card it is the best offering 3.5% base rate (includin wallets recharge ) and 5x-10x on amazon, uber utility payment
Beside there is diff between getting call from telecaller (who are mostly third party document collecting agent most of them talk like subjiwala (Sir, bahut accha *card de rhe hai aapko ,le lo) and have no knowledge of rules and approval chances) and getting the card approved
Cibil for the most part will remain in 700+ zone till You fck up on something
different card gives you different offers (ex. to by grocery from grofers (@10% flat off) offers are given by HDFC, HSBC, KOTAK , SBI there Amex have nothing) similarly HSBC offers INR 500/- amazon GV for free on monthly spends of 20k (offer), Yes bank also offered flat 10% off(up to INR1500/-) on spends of INR 15000/- on Amazon.
the amount of saving is much much higher then reward points,
Offers are surprises which no one can predict, if you have the right card at right moment you can save a lot, so having multiple cards are must, regarding reward its something you have to chose from catalog offed by the bank were you don’t have much option to choose.
“Credit card” itself shows her meaning if your are not using the “credit” bank will not get any profit, in today’s era Debit card is chargeable but not credit card why???
IF you don’t have good expense power whatever your cibil score be your card will decline, login to cibil site see proof for your self.
I got call from Paisa Bazaar 02 years back with LFT offer, they asked me my income proof which I denied as I was having enough cards but after a week they called me again and collected my other Credit card statement (4.5 L) limit and after 12 days got my card delivered at my home with (Reward Card 3.5 L) limit.
I also have “ICICI amex sapphiro card”
I am till date getting calls form them but now strictly deny any offers.

It all depends on offer , when the offer is from bank side or agency then definitely chances of approval is high and if you approach them, then the result can be vise versa.
