Park Holidays Membership - Avoid - Fraud

First of all, lets discuss whats this membership and how do i got it? 

Q) How did i got it? 

Ans) A person provided me with a coupon in PVR Centrio in Dehradun and asked about my number. I wasn't aware that such things exists. I got a call after a week that I was being given a hotel stay for 3 nights 4 days that is for free (without any terms and condition) and also a movie coupon which i can redeem anywhere (without any terms and conditions). I went there and they told me about park holidays and shown me some proof. they also said there is no boundation, i can collect the coupon for which i came. The membership was at a decent pricing so i took it and still its a nightmare for me. The buildup they created in that 2 hours of understanding was such that after i woke up in the morning next day, my mind was saying "Have i been caught in a fraud?"

Q) What is park holidays membership?

Ans) As per them, after we pay a decent amount to the company, we become its member and we are assigned a representative which will take care of the bookings of ours. The membership provides booking in 4-5 star hotels with two plans: 60 nights / 70 days for 10 years and 30 nights / 35 days for 5 years in which we can take all the bookings in parts or in one time. Bookings are to be done nationally or internationally. Also Taj and oberoi hotels are not included. Rest they took the names of all other hotels such as JW Mariott, Hayatt, etc. in prime locations such as goa etc. 

The only catch in this membership is AMC (Annual Maintenance charges) but not charged annually. They charged this amc from the beginning to the nights divided by  the year. For example, you took membership for 10 years (60 nights 70 days), so for each 6 nights or below booking, amc of 9000+gst will be given to them. if you book 9 nights 10 days, 2 AMC will be taken by them i.e. 9000 x 2 + gst.

Q) How did I got into this membership? 

Ans) In the meeting, 

1. they said that even if the terms and conditions says that the booking notification is to be given 2 weeks before  the booking date, they also do the same day booking (which was good as sometimes where  we have to go urgently).

2. I searched google for any fraud / red flags of this company but didn't got any. Also I traced the who is (information of when their site was made) and found that the site is about 9 years old which created a trust factor. They showed me their membership cards and receipts of their other members paying them the amount much greater than mine. 

3. They said that maximum for my membership, I will be paying just 1 amc (and its possible that even that i don't have to pay), even the terms and condition says differently. I trusted them because the buildup as i said above was so nice. 

4. I calculated normal hotel room at 3,000/- per night for any stay, so i just simply multiplied it with 30, and told them the price for 30 nights membership for which they agreed along with 1 special night in which they will be providing the decoration and cake along with the room. so total of 31 nights. 

Q) How can i say they are not worth / frauds? 

Ans) 1.  Lets start with the movie coupon which I got. For movie we have to mail them with the voucher and then they will be booking on our behalf. As said earlier, the movie voucher they gave saying no terms and conditions but in the movie voucher they gave, it was clearly mentioned: "Ticket can be booked for all the bollywood shows between monday to thursday (Morning and Evening shows), Friday to sunday (morning shows before 12 pm only), the offer does not include gazetted holidays and period of 15th december to 5th Jan.". Like this many more terms were there which makes it impossible to book a ticket with a great discount. 

2. I purchased this membership on 12th August, when they told that i'll receive my membership card on 21st day but its about a month now, i haven't got anything. In between, i tried same day booking which they promised and the main reason i bought this membership, they simply declined saying that its out of their terms and conditions. 

3. I tried book tickets of movie (stree 2) and they simply declined saying the person who does the booking is on a holiday and i should choose some other day. If the company is big, how can they rely on a single person for movie bookings. 

4. They are not sitting in the same hotel as before where i met them. means they are changing their location more often or within 21 days so it becomes difficult to track them and meet them again in case of non delivery of promises they made. I tried calling them and they said they are not in town and that for any problem i have to mail the company or message them on whatsapp.
