While applying for reissue of passport as it's going to expire soon, i forgot to check address update and spouse addition checkbox

You can make changes at the counter....ask them to make changes when they will be confirming your application details

Hope u have entered the correct address and spouse name in the application and only missed to tick the check box. It will be processed without any issues. Your aadhar sud have the same new address entered in ur application.

If u have applied and not yet went for appointment, then at the time of going to PSK ask them to input the same in the application in Counter A. They will do it.

If you have surname in other supporting documents then only you can add in passport. You cannot provide any other surname which isn't mentioned in your other documents

Hi all...i got it corrected at counter A..hassle free
Only challenge is police verification without paying anything 
Passport authorities have already printed n its ready to dispatch...if i get passport before PV...will it be issue if i deny bribe if any?
