Pathetic lack of service by Croma

Bought a Sony LED TV from Croma Store at Saket Delhi on 28th Oct. 2022. The salesperson Abbas had promised that the installation will be done on Sunday 30th Oct. 2022

The TV was delivered on 29th Oct. but till 31st Oct. evening there is no news from any installation person. Every email / phone call to Croma Customer Support results in a parrot-like response. Even the salesperson Abbas who had promised the installation by 30th Oct. is non responsive.

In their eagerness to close a sale, even a Tata Company will not refrain from making false promises. 

What is the use of buying a Rs. 70,000 TV if the installation takes ages to be initiated???
A local dealer may have given a far faster service

Why not register an installation request directly with Sony customer care?
