Pay with Amazon Pay Balance not available for ordering products

Pay with Amazon Pay Balance is not being displayed for ordering products from Amazon, either in website or in app.
Pay with Amazon Pay Balance is displayed for all other transactions, like bill pay, etc.
Customer care dismisses it saying temporary glitch, but it has been like this for some days I guess (not sure when it started)
Anyone else facing this issue?

Insisted to file a ticket for backend team. Amazon Pay Balance option has now reappeared.

No such issue here, seems like some acc specific bug or restriction.
