Pay your LIC bills with Amex cards bought from Infibeam paid thru Mobikwik

Just paid LIC bills online & came to know about it.

i have not used these earlier .please tell in detail about these cards.

I haven’t used Amex cards & paid thru netbanking. But checked all the options of payment & found this one interesting.

It can be used in Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon (I haven’t checked any as I haven’t got any Amex card). You can ask Barood who used to buy these in bulk earlier.

Just because the Amex payment option is available, doesn’t necessarily mean Amex gift card will work. Depends on the payment gateway.

Amex gift cards work with Billdesk PG, don’t work on CCAvenue, payumoney, giftcardsIndia, Paytm etc.

Ahh Ok. Got it But most of my Lic premiums are annual payments so can’t pay them using Amex GC anyway . Its a good option for those whose premiums are upto 5K.

yeah… Some of my policies are far below 5K which were made in the 1990s. You know these LIC agents… Convinced my father to take Life Insurance for kids! & my father obliged as the premium were cheaper (!) to avoid paying IT.

Through online you cannot combine.

Yeah I have successfully used these cards that were bought from giftcardsindia at 10% off during last year diwali time.

I used them on flipkart, amazon, irctc and for paying my bajaj allianz insurance.

Irctc charges some of amount (around 1-2 like for using normal credit card) as charges after 2-3 days of booking. So I used to utilize remaining giftcard balance at amazon after a successful booking from irctc. so I didnt loose that 1-2% extra charges as well.:-}

Yes they have…10% afaik !
You can always check on mobikwik gateway, whether you’ll receive cashback or not !!!

that would be too late… considering it’s mobikwik and their refund policy is based on their whims & fancies….

dont see the offer on their dashboard offer page after logging in as well…

The confirmation message flashes before payment. If you see the cashback amount, go ahead & purchase (keep screenshot for future reference). If not, cancel the order before payment.
