Just paid my rent.. waiting for confirmation from the landlord as there is a time frame of 48 hours to receive in the bank account…
as of now, all looks good and working smoothly… It’s the best way to pay rent unless and until they will charge processing fee after some time….

Received credit within 48 hours.. Working fine… Receiver will surely get the credit message… It is not necessary that sender will get the confirmation message but the receiver will get the message.

Even though I believe that I have put the correct due date as 12/09/2018, my rent receipt is showing as being of December. Probably because it read that as 9 December instead of 12 September.
Anyone else faced similar issue? Does nobroker hold the payment till due date in such cases?

I been asked to furnish the rent agreement after sending the money and when I furnished the agreement they are saying that this is a notary rent agreement and we require the registered one. I then said to reverse the amount back to my source and they are saying that they will charge 2.5 % on whole amount.
Want to confirm from other if they have also furnished their rent agreement?

Even they had asked me for a rental agreement because I had submitted my father’s bank account. Then they sent a mail saying they sensed a suspicious transaction and I too provided a notary rental agreement only (I had made one earlier to avail tax benefits while living in the same house). Then my rent was credited almost instantly after that.

Bro, even I got my notary rental agreement approved. Then, I checked their website to see if what they were doing was correct and found this – NoBroker may ask for additional documents in case the transaction looks suspicious. NoBroker will charge 2.5% of the rent as processing fees if it is not a valid rent/security deposit payment.

After having so much argument over calls , mails and even reaching our to their CEO over Linkedin today they said that we are refunding your amount back but still I haven’t received Razorpay confirmation. They said you will get it once its been processed by them, but I want to state here not to take so much risk just because its a free service. No one never knows who will be the next target.
