Payment declined on Jiomart, money deducted from Mobikwik. order not placed. No refund yet.

Guys, I have not received my refund from Jiomart, paid using Mobikwik. payment was declined, orderr was not placed but money was deducted. Its been already 6 days. I have disputed the transaction using mobikwik app, and today they replied that the transaction is successful and received by merchant , though merchant is denying.
Also I have paid the whole amount Rs 919.02 using sbi credit card via mobikwik, can I dispute the transaction from credit card? Though it is showing Mobikwik Gurgoan in SBI card app instead of Jiomart.

Update – Mobikwik support completely denied to dispute the transaction. They said can’t help anymore. The transaction is successful and accepted by the merchant.

Anyone here can help me what should I do?

Jiomart will refund the money send them the transaction id …

Mobikwik support completely denied to dispute the transaction. They said can’t help anymore. The transaction is successful and accepted by the merchant.

Complain to mobikwik on Twitter. Only Twitter works for complaint resolution for mobikwik and wait for 10-15 working days definitely it will be resolved as per my personal experience.

Jo jiomart ne date di h tb tk nahi aayega aur customer care wale kuch nahi karenge tb tak. Uss date ke baad grievance vali email id pr email krna uske baad vo kuch karenge. Phir aajayega refund.
