Payment failed using debit card (resolved)

Was paying on magicpin but 2 times while doing payment i got error that unable to receive payment from gateway and money also got deducted. Even magicpin is not showing any failed transaction. So whom to contact bank or magicpin? Or will i get the refund without doing any complaint?
