Hey guys, I have 2 queries regarding paypal new 50% first transaction cashback offer..
(1) i have one credit and debit card which i already used in one paypal account before, then i removed those cards, Can i use the same cards one more time in new paypal account to get that 50% cashback offer ?
(2) I have 1 hdfc payzapp virtual card (its kyc verified account with 1 L limit).. can i use that card in new paypal account to get the 50% cashback offer ?

Now PayPal is denying cashback for genuine first time users .
In your case if Ur lucky pp will give CB but u cannot demand for it since you have aready got benefits in another account.
Regs. HDFC vcc is not eligible for cb
(1)Yes, you can use them one more time. Only make sure that you make new account through new IP address (minimize the risk of not getting cashback)
(2) virtual cards not eligible for cashback.

I don’t think so.
Paypal will have your card details stored If you used your card at least once on paypal.
Many apps are denying referral or first time benefits if same card is being used. Paypal is no different.
PayPal wont offer cashback if already the card is used in another account.
