Is Digibank DBS physical visa card treated as virtual card on paypal ?
Recently paypal denied my EMT 750 cashback saying usage of virtual card .

DBS is indeed the only 100% digital bank in India as similar kotak 811/axis asap are regular banks but this doesn’t seem right. Paypal’s argument about dbs being an exception for not giving cashback is pretty weak in my opinion. Send an email to paypal mentioning your case & claiming paypal is discriminating against dbs physical debit card holders & mark a copy in bcc to dbs support too & see what reply you get.

They denied me cashback saying dbs is exception and digital banks not allowed.
But some dimers say they received cashback
