Paypal and EMT cashback query

Created both new fresh accounts and book flight ticket to get cashback of 1150 but didn’t provide the cashback of 750 giving reasons like not eligible as flagged by their system. They are not providing exact reason. As per my understanding I have fulfilled all their criteria.

Don’t lure in this offer until someone confirms. It’s like they give whom they want.

In general, I would like to inform you that having multiple PayPal accounts or sharing the card or bank credentials are against PayPal’s policy. It doesn’t mean that you have multiple PayPal accounts or you shared card or bank credentials. I just provided you the general information.

Even if you didn’t make any transaction, creating multiple accounts of same type and sharing the card among these accounts is complete violation of our policy.

I created on mobile. Neither they are disclosing the reasons nor providing the cashback only system flagged you are ineligible for offer. Totally ridiculous!
