Paypal denied 1st transaction cashback

I used newly issued sbi credit card with new ip and used new browser to make payment at magicpin through paypal. All went fine but after 10 days i got mail that my transaction was not eligible for cashback.
Is there anything that i can do to get or fight?

same magic pin account is not valid for cashback in different paypal account
