I am making this thread so that paypal users can share their experiences on how did they transact on and did they got cashback or denied.
With all comments maybe we can analysis the way paypal detects fraud.

I too transactrd on myntra twice using same pockets card linked in two fresh paypal accounts but didn’t got cashback..
Technical glitch for non-pockets virtual card & may be some time limited promotional offer for pockets card by paypal,something similar happened to rupay virtual cards a few days back.
I have received cashback with pocket card twice in new PayPal account, but one thing here I also have this pocket physical card with me…. For those who did not received cashback they had virtual card Only I guess…. I don’t think this to be the reason but still sharing my experience…..
does paypal give cashback or airtel virtual debit card
One basic rule: any debit/credit card only works 2 times for new user offers no matter what you do & no virtual card works.
