PayPal receiving payment ??

So I recently got paid from an international website and they sent it through PayPal but PayPal has put it on hold and asking for KYC.
So now I did the bank account confirmation and made a business account and it shows I can accept international payments but that payment is not shown anywhere.

Anybody has idea how PayPal works and do I also need the FIRC certificate ? PayPal shows im all set for receiving payments now.
