Virtual RuPay card is available only for Full kyc user, find any paypoint retailer in your city or through youtube channel and complete your full kyc or ask your whatspap group members, if they have Paypoint retailer id then complete your full kyc via pan card to get 25k limit or Aadhar based OTP to get 50k/1lac limit per month.
Credit card load & other Ewallet load is Free -
Note – Paypoint retailer just need to enter customer details on money transfer option, enter customer mobile number under Paypointz wallet option, enter customer name, DOB & PAN number to activate Paypointz wallet and next step convert to “Power KYC” via customers Aadhar otp based verification.

I found some Paypoint retailer from youtube. They already shared whatsapp numbers to upgrade Paypointz wallet kyc.
only point to dicuss is will it work on billdesk site?
Now card option removed + wallet also.
Only UPI option left to load money.
