I am having around 3300 cashback points but not able to redeem it as paytm have frozen my account without any valid reason. I never did transaction more then Rs.500 per month but till my account is frozen. Anyway to redeem this points without completing full kyc?

Similar thing happened to me. I tried everything but couldn't complete KYC- tried online, then paid some amount for physical kyc but their agent visited and he was getting error and could not complete, finally visited personally but still the same error.
Got fed up and closed the account. All my fastags were linked to it and had to change everything. Was not even able to withdraw some 300 balance in account and another 400 in fastag deposit.
@guest_999 I guess it is coz of RBI ban but it should not have happened to existing active accounts as I have been using Paytm since their inception and it was full KYC account.
PS: Surprising part was that the Agent was able to apply and open Paytm Postpaid account with 75k limit with fresh KYC. It is lying idle for past 4 months now

Paytm postpaid is technically a different entity(NBFC partner) & not included in RBI ban on paytm. Existing full kyc bank acc users also have to do re-kyc as per RBI guidelines depending on "risk factor of account" so sooner or later all full kyc bank acc users need to do kyc again just that methods differ from banks to banks(e.g. some banks for their high relationship value customers with "very low risk rating" might do re-kyc by simply sending an email/sms/netbanking/app notification to confirm present address/details are still same).
