Credit card payment using Paytm wallet is being  charged by Paytm. 
It's end of millenia mastercard DC 1% reward on Paytm. Because we can't pay unless we add to wallet. 

Now Paytm went Mobikwik way.

Might effect Paytm fastag users too.

Charges 1%+gst

Most credit card bills can also be paid via NEFT/IMPS, by adding the CC details as a bank account. So, if need be, add the CC as a bank account number on PayTM, and pay bills via NEFT/IMPS. It's only upto a limit, though.

So what I infer is, for millennia DC VISA users, one can directly pay on Paytm as well as mobikwik without additional charges and still get CB points in usual 90 days, right?

Also I simulated a Paytm 10k wallet load from millennia DC visa, no extra charges were shown. Full kyc account.

Maybe Amrit mahotsav has begun for select accounts... 😂

If you have millenia Visa DC, can you confirm if it allows direct CC payment through the DC on Paytm, for the sake of @pranavcool

I have one visa millennia card and it is showing up for payment. Although card is inactive, so can't complete transaction.

Ok understood the mapping of CC as bank account for sending payment. Though I think many banks have weird account numbers for CCs, not just the CC number... One should be careful.

Any idea about limit?

I tried just now, it is allowing to pay credit card bill using Millenia DC without any extra charges but the merchant name showing different in the transactions as follows:
Paytm Wallet Load: PAYTM PAYMENTS SERVICE
CC Payment using Mill DC: Paytm CCBILLPAYMENT

Not sure if I'm eligible for CC Payment Reward by MILL DC or not but this is what I observed.

No limits for this

But you have to be very careful for account number and ifsc codes as every bank is having different systems
So better check in respective banks applications
