Fellow dimers on February 11 i applied for paytm citi credit card, i completed whole process step by step than it asked me for video kyc but when i tried to do video kyc than it showed some error after that i tried it multiple times with some intervals but no luck than next morning i received a call from a citi bank agent she asked me for physical kyc than i replied that i prefer video kyc for which she said there is some problem in video kyc so physical kyc is mandatory so i agreed with it after 3-4 hours a agent visited me took my documents and filled up the form and told me that it will be processed in net 2-3 days but 6 days has past since that i have got no updates and when i try to track my application status in both paytm and citi website than it shows approved in principle and pending for video kyc. I have tried to call on citi customer care and twitter but still no luck.
can anyone tell me what can i do next??

You can only apply for paytm citi card if it’s showing in your paytm app otherwise you can’t apply for it
Will I get 3% reward points on Citi Paytm First CC if I load money to Paytm wallet from Paytm app?
The merchant shown was “One97 Communications”.
P.S. I loaded Rs. 7,500 to Paytm wallet from Citi Paytm First CC, extra charges incurred Rs. 172.50 and I got cashback of Rs. 150. If I get even 1% reward points, it’s a win-win for me but if I don’t get, that’s a loss of Rs. 22.5
