Thank you for your continued trust in us. |

We had written to you in March 2022 about reaching an agreement with Axis Bank for the sale of Citi's consumer banking businesses in India, subject to regulatory approvals. As we move forward in this journey, our partnership with One97 Communication Ltd. (Paytm) for the co-brand Citi Paytm Credit Card comes to an end since it is not within the scope of migration to Axis Bank. |

Please be assured that there will be no immediate impact on your Credit Card, and you can continue enjoying all the features and services on your card. Further for a seamless transition, both Citibank & Paytm will respectively reach out to you seeking your interest for alternate Credit Cards, offering exclusive features & benefits. |

When did they call you? Which hdfc card? Did you ask them to give LTF instead?

I think HDFC is allowing a secondary co-branded CC these days... call up HDFC to confirm the case.

Replacement
Are You getting hdfc replacement card with new limit or existing paytm citi card limit?
anyone received paytm hdfc offer ? even though having existing hdfc card.
Does paytm hdfc card work for 10% offer in amazon/flipkart?
Hi
Paytm did not approved my offer so what happens to.my Paytm citi credit card
If we change our cc from citi to hdfc, We will get 2%cashback instead of 3% cashback from paytm spends. It's a loss of benefit to customers

When does the Citi paytm CC 'expire' 😢
It will lead to closure of your Citi Paytm Credit Card (without issuance of an alternate card) on or post 30th January 2023, as Citi India will no longer be able to continue to provide the services on your Citi Paytm Credit Card.

Yes bro saw this date but thot thought (correction courtesy @bikidas2060 bro 😊) to chk with expert D D community.
I used to make legit rent / maintenance pymts every month via paytm and save quite a lot using this card.
I think we will get cb normally till 31st Jan so will use card till 28th Jan and then opt for Citi rewards card. I think that's a safe strategy what do you think buddy?

What will happen to the existing cashback I have earned on my Citi Paytm Credit Card in the last month?
Your accumulated cashback for the last month will be credited to your Citi Rewards Credit Card, post converting it to Citi rewards points at the conversion rate of 1 Cashback=2.85 rewards points.

Cb converted to rp if card is converted AFTER doing some txns using old card which are NOT billed.
Hence above not applicable to me 😌
