PayTM Convinience Fees While Paying Bills??

So I am tring to pay my apartment bill (5k) with Paytm but whatever mode I select, I get message that I will be charged 100 extra or 80 extra or 58 extra. (Bank / Credit Card / Paytm wallet). What is this new shit now?

Same. Convenience charges are added even with UPI payment through paytm. My apartment accepts paytm only for online payment, else give cheque or swipe the card physically.

Guys how do you pay Apartment bills now? Paytm now levies more than 100 rupees on every bill payment.
