Hi Guys...I took a fastag from Paytm and the dealer stated that he will do the KYC for the same. Fastag was activated and it’s showing less deposit balance for which I have already opened a ticket.
I need to know that do I need to open a Paytm bank account to use the fastag? I received a letter from Paytm to scan the qr code to verify my address for completing the KYC for Paytm bank account. Please advise.

Didn't understand the question. 10K through which mode of transfer are you referring to?
I typically transfer 4k every month to my Paytm wallet through Uber/Zomato through my credit card without any additional charges. This amount typically suffices for my fastags needs.
Also as the wallet is still a single one which is used by both fasttags I believe all limitations linked to a normal Paytm wallet will be there.
